As the manager, you'll need to carefully choose which perks to invest in, ensuring they synergize with each boxer's strengths, weaknesses, fighting style, and the gyms overall goals.

In addition to choosing perks, you can also allocate cash to increase your boxers' base stats. Each stat contributes to a boxer's overall performance in the ring and can be improved through targeted training and development programs.
