WAR - Chicken's Cards Of War Description
This app is ad free!
WAR - Chicken's Cards Of War is a mobile app version of the simple, timeless, classic card game of War. Choose from 6 different animal themed decks to play with and try your luck against the computer.
The rules are simple:
The objective of the game is to win all of the cards. The deck is divided evenly and randomly among the players, giving each a face-down stack. In unison, each player reveals the top card of their deck, this is a 'battle' and the player with the higher card takes both of the cards played and moves them to their stack. Aces are high, and suits are ignored
In Chicken's Cards Of War each deck contains two (2) Jokers, which are the highest card in the game, even above Aces. If the two cards played are of equal value, then there is a war. Both players place the next three (3) cards from their pile on the table as cards at risk and then another card as the battle card. The owner of the higher battle card wins the war and adds all the cards on the table to the bottom of their deck. If the battle cards are again equal then the battle repeats with another war. This repeats until one player's battle card is higher than their opponent's. In the event one player does not have enough cards to play a war when battle cards are equal, that player is considered to have been overrun by the opposing army and lose the game.
A deal button is prominently displayed in the center of each game layout. The number of cards remaining in the player's stack as well as the computer opponent's stack is reflected by a counter near their cards. Cards currently in play on the table are not reflected in this count. HAVE FUN!!!
