외국서 잘 되다가 한국에서 로그인이 안됨. 갑자기 왜? 내 계정이 사라지고 로그인이 안되는 건가요?

30분동안 로그아웃 하고 다른계정 들어가려하다가 못찾아서 삭제함. 인터넷으로 찾아보니 앱 세부정보 들어가서 쿠기랑 저장소 비우라고해서 뭐이런 앱이 있나 싶네요. 몇년전 영상보면 훨씬 쉽게 로그아웃 할수있게 했던데 이건 일부로 못하게 한거 아닌가 의심이감.

제 계정 도용사건 이후 아무 문제 없이 프라임으로 사용하고 있지만, 원데이 쉬핑이라고 해서 막상 주문하면 2, 3일 걸려서 와요. 타사에 비해 배송 빠른거 빼고 좋을게 하나 없어요. 가격도 터무니 없이 타사 사이트에 비해 너무 비싸고 프라임이라 회비도 내니 돈낭비라고 생각 됩니다. 물건이 광고된것과 달라 환불 요청했는데, 배송비를 청구하였어요. 프라임이라고 해서 더 좋을 것도 없는거 같아 프라임 계약을 해지 했어요. 1년치 패이를 해서 해지 이후에도 프라임으로 남은 기간을 사용할 수 있지만, 해지 이후 프라임 원데이 배송에 단 한번도 하루만에 배송 된 적 없어요 해킹 당한줄 알고 너무 깜작놀랐어요. 해킹 당한거일 수도 있구요. 중국인 이름에 중국인 주소로 제 계정이 되어 있고, 아무리 비밀번호 리셋시도를 해도 제 폰 번호를 누군가 사용하고 있다며, 안되요. 결국 새벽까지 전홭들고 상담원과 몇시간 통화한 끝에 해결은 됬지만 결국 앱을 삭제했습니다. 너무 찝찝해서 삭제는 했어요.
