BeFit Description

Disclaimer --- BeFit is a fitness app developed by a group of college students for their senior project. It is currently still in development and will be updated continuously to fill out the missing features. The app must go live prematurely at the demand of their college professor so please be understanding of why features are missing. All will be added and refined in time!



BeFit is a fitness app that provides weekly workout routines that cater to many different types of fitness. It is our goal to include workouts that are usable to you no matter what type of fitness you are into. We have every user complete a short questionnaire that helps us know your specific goals and generate a formula that helps us tell you how many calories you should intake daily to meet your goal. Once you complete this questionnaire, you will have access to a variety of workout routines to try out. We also plan to implement a calorie logging system in the future to help you keep track of your nutrition. We hope you find workout routines that you enjoy and that you stick with us as we continue to add the features we have planned.

What is an XAPK file, and what should I do if the BeFit I downloaded is an XAPK file?

A file with .xapk extension is a compressed package file. It is a container file format that incorporates APK and additional associated files required for the installation. The XAPK format was introduced to package the APK file and OBB file together for a seamless delivery and installation process. XAPK format can help reduce the package size of application. On mobile phones, users need to install the XAPK installer first, and then install XAPK files through that installer. You can find the installer here:https://apkcombo.com/how-to-install/. But on PC client, you just need to put the file on LDPlayer.

Can I play BeFit on my computer?
