Trying to log in to BOB World app but without success. When I contacted customer care, they told me that login problems were occurring due to technical issues. I am concerned about the security of the app and the apparent incompetence of the technical team, who have yet to resolve the issue, causing inconvenience to BOB customers. Please try to fix this as soon as possible.. Thanks
This app is really insult for access. Since log back there is an issue for statement download. Even though web application is also with the same response. There are lots of bugs which must be rectified. The statement download option is like a hide and seek puzzle game 😁. The statement checking option is in a secret drawer which has to be very handy and in a frontline menu. Useless options are in main content. Really disappointed. That's why private banking experience is fun
