Can't call numbers that are in my address book, can't find contacts that I know I have, some contacts have names that I have never used or saved them as. Phone just doesn't even ring to people you try to call sometimes. This app has so many bugs I didn't even know were possible that it's almost impressive. And through years of operation they've never been fixed.

I think the app could be better, improve the video quality, Fix the Bluetooth issue where it because the audio with other apps to stop or reduce volume Reduce the ads, I understand the use but it's too much Couldn't find some contact of friends who also use Botim and some have different names to what I saved When a call comes in, my phone rings and stops then rings again like I got 2 separate calls All in all, I'm happy I could talk with my family back home with the use of a VPN

I understand the aim is to monetize this, but the ads are too nagging, and sometimes inappropriate. I understand the ads are a reflection of what gets clicks (my ad personalisation is turned off), but still. It's annoying. Also, I use a Bluetooth headset and I always have a problem trying to listen to music after a call. The headset gets stuck in headset mode and I have to reset the Bluetooth connection to make it work properly as stereo headphones. This is not a problem with other apps.
