Simple and functional! All my exercises are time-based, and I can customize everything I need here. I mostly do recurring sets with training and rests intervals. It's pretty nice. The ads don't bother in the free version; I still bought the premium because I figured that if I use this app everyday I might as well show support.
I tried the interval timer app for exercise and I was satisfied with its performance. It is a simple app that does what it promises. It lets you set the duration and intervals of your workouts with ease. The only thing that I think could be improved is the time input interface. It would be more convenient if it offered some common options like 10 minutes, 15 minutes, etc. instead of requiring you to enter the exact number or increase it by one minute each time. But, it works.
I wish this app would let me Screencast the timer onto a TV! That is the only thing I would change though. Before this app, I would just find youtube videos with interval timers, but that was way less convenient than this app. I LOVE THIS APP!!! It does everything you need and more. Very customizable and handy. It also makes me more motivated to work out! I love this app, and it is a must-have for workouts imo!
