Tells me I have 0gb available at all times, even when I clearly do have data. Doesn't notify me when I am out of data, and won't allow me to add data when I am out. Customer service sends me in loops. I have had to enter the chat 8 times in order to solve a single issue before...
This is app can't be used without wifi or a connection to internet or mobile data. If you are without internet the app will not load. It would be great if the able was able to access Claros mobile data network no matter if your plan expired
After one month I can say it is difficult to operate this app. Don't know how to remove the card I added in wrong tab. I feel frustrated every time I use this app.
