I appreciate this app for its simplicity. You don't have to specify a cup size that persists and that you have to select from. You put in the amount of water you drank, and that's all. It tracks it for you, and if you fall behind its recommended pace, the notifications pick up. Other tracking apps try to do far too much and can be so frustrating to work around, especially if you JUST want to track water. This app does exactly what I downloaded it to do and I appreciate that!

I never thought I would be getting an app to track my water intake. I was going to make an excel sheet and then tried tracking it as part of fat secret's food tracker. But it was too cumbersome and I wanted to make it into a competition with myself. You can set alarms if you need assistance reminding yourself to drink up.
