it's a great service you can set up auto start every morning so your car is warm or cool depending on the season. but.. sometimes it doesn't start as it's supposed too. I wish there was a program they could add to this app that makes it keep trying if it doesn't start the first time. I'm assuming there's a connection issue. Great free feature with purchasing a vehicle through ford.
It theory, it has great functions. Service scheduler doesn't work for me. App to start, lock/unlock is slow to perform. Hold button down for 30 seconds or whatever is unnecessary and feels annoying when your on the go. Android Auto is very laggy and slow in my F150 compared to other vehicles. So great functionality when it's working, could use some user updates for convienence and feel.
The app is missing many features that are common to other vehicle manufacturers. I can lock my doors, but I can't tell if my doors are locked. I can start my car, but I can't change the temperature. Can't view cameras to see my vehicles surroundings from the app. Miss many convince and vehicle features that other brand apps do better.
