I love this app it's honestly so awesome I love looking back at old letters it's really heartwarming. Only problem I decided to go on the app a couple of days ago and it just won't let me on. I tried uninstalling and re installing I checked if it needed updated it didn't anyways it's really annoying because I have no way of getting on the app for some reason

This app, I have write numbers of letters through this. I found it really best idea to have something where I can tell some bitter sweet memories/incident/my daily life/some encouraging/comforting words to my future version. Ofcourse I could've used diary but having a letter feels different and more soothing. Whoever come with idea Thankyou so much for bringing this to us. I JUST HOPE THIS APP WILL WORK FOR A LONG TIME, ATLEAST 2028 (cause I've letters to receive in 27 for now might write more)

Had paid for one year premium subscription but app still works as non premium. Contacted customer support and sent them transaction receipt as requested but then no reply after that. Very poor customer service. Support ticket #15301.
