This app completely sucks on android!! You can't make video visits , you can't video chat or anything! It was amazing on my iPhone but it doesn't work on my android. It's very frustrating! Everytime I try to schedule a visit it takes me to my contacts and then the only thing that pops up is an option to block the contact. You'd think after all the negative reviews they'd fix it .

I had a visit scheduled. I couldn't connect. I did everything and went through the steps but it wouldn't connect. After continuing to try it said my time ran out After 5 minutes even though I had 10 to connect. This app doesn't work. I think it's a false hope for those wanting to see their families knowing they won't. AND it makes you share all of your videos and pictures on your device!

This app is a waste of money and time for it not to work. I've had multiple failed times to video chat and nothing comes through on my end. When I try to video or do a visit, it just loops back to the contacts list. It's sad enough there are people in jail and now to have an app that supposed to help connect them that doesn't work is shameful. Do better
