Mandyfit, is a bit like a person I myself look up to and always strive to live like and be. This is a woman who lives life to the fullest, has found the balance between diet and exercise and feels good inside and out. I myself have competed as a professional in Bikinifitness and have extensive experience of living on an extreme diet, in other words, I have tested most diets and know what works and what doesn't.

Diets do not create sustainability, a six pack does not equal healthy balance every time and one thing is for sure, far too many have lived on dry food boxes on way too low calories and crap measurements to look a certain way. Mandyfit, then, is health from the inside. A woman with power, balance and lust for life and energy and joy! A power woman that we all have within, and that I help bring out within you!

- Customized and interactive training and diet plans. Complete your workout step by step, track your performance and create your own shopping list directly from your nutrition plan.
- The ability to log your measurements and a whole range of different fitness activities in an easy way. Track your activities directly in the app or import activities tracked on other devices via Google Fit.
- Overview of your personal goals, progress and activity history at any time.
- Chat function where you get continuous support and can ask all sorts of questions that you may have.
- Some coaching programs also include membership in a shared group - a safe place where you can meet others who are on a similar journey and where you can support each other. Participation is voluntary and your name and profile picture will only be visible to other group members if you choose to accept the invitation to join a group.
