I really love this app and the content. I have the paid version and it's been a wonderful addition toy self help repertoire. However I don't know how to text the developer and on all the recordings, whether my screen is on or off, the recording quits and I have to push it again. That doesn't matter as much on a talk, but when I'm trying to meditate, it's definitely disruptive.

I'm happy with this app. I got interested in HD about a year ago, and while the body graph could be more detailed, I am content with the tips and general explanations I could access. The app seems to keep "unlocked" content available, which I appreciate highly.

Honestly i just downloaded this app. I download so many tho, that when i go to check one of them out i need them to actually work! The 1st time i tried - It wldnt even open! Just kept giving me the app crash screen, which has NEVER happened to me. Honestly, I'd be lying if i gave it any more than one star. & I dnt think it deserves that RN. It's too bad too, bc it actually looks pretty rad! Yall Devs shld really get that bug worked out ASAP! For yalls sake. But, no hard feelings, Take care.
