Choose from the most common preselected Girl & Hero workouts or create a custom work to track your progress. Search via name or calendar entry to find your last PR and crush it next time. You can also see a graph of your progress over time.
Track progress across multiple different movement parameters: weight, distance, reps, & height. Filter them by sets and reps and see your progress through a graph. When it’s time to warmup, tap the weight and get a breakdown by percentages.
Remember they are your achievements and your data; make sure you keep it safe and with you always.
