The interface is a complete mess. Navigating through the app to find a particular option is like trying to rummage through a junkyard to find a lost item. Additionally, the customer care is virtually non existent. Most of the customer care is a non interactive IVR that is complete useless. Forget communicating with agents; even the chat bot isn't a two way communication. The chat bot only gives you options to choose from and if your problem isn't listed, well, too bad. Deal with it yourself.
It's more than a month I am trying to reach out to the customer care service for a huge amount of refund which is not reflecting in my wallet.The interface is a complete mess. Navigating through the app to find a particular option is like trying to rummage through a junkyard to find a lost item. Additionally, the customer care is virtually non existent. I am writing review again, paytm gives notification to add bank account but I didn't got my issue resolved I have raised a query too. AI doesn't help. This is not up to the mark app. I am disappointed.
