Comments about Scratch Android Version

I absolutely love Scratch and the MIT team who develops it, so I'm sad that this app is unusable in a practical sense. The UI is so comically tiny that even with a stylus it's difficult to navigate, and even more difficult to read. It's essentially the exact same experience as opening Scratch in a browser (where there's no phone version of the UI). Scratch on mobile is sorely needed, so I have high hopes they'll release an update that adapts the UX for it. :(
It's A Great App! But It still has a few flaws, like not being able to use any of the buttons on the share page. When I tried, I clicked at the same position of a project on the share page, and it opened the project, and neither were the pages' buttons working. I hope this eventually gets fixed. I'll have to check the data files of Android for now until this gets patched.
It's a great app, convenient and fun to mess around while on the go or without access to the website, but it's so dang hard to touch or edit costumes on a phone with my fingers. I hope you'll fix this soon, because I wanna keep using the mobile app! Edit: Well, I guess it makes sense it's for tablets and such, it's a good app then because you'd be using mouse and keyboard anyways!

Is Scratch safe for my device?

Open up

Yes, Scratch follows the Google Play content guidelines to ensure safe use on your Android device.

What is an XAPK file, and what should I do if the Scratch I downloaded is an XAPK file?

Open up

A file with .xapk extension is a compressed package file. It is a container file format that incorporates APK and additional associated files required for the installation. The XAPK format was introduced to package the APK file and OBB file together for a seamless delivery and installation process. XAPK format can help reduce the package size of application. On mobile phones, users need to install the XAPK installer first, and then install XAPK files through that installer. You can find the installer here:https://apkcombo.com/how-to-install/. But on PC client, you just need to put the file on LDPlayer.

Can I play Scratch on my computer?

Open up

Yes, you can play Scratch on your computer by installing LDPlayer, an Android emulator. After installing LDPlayer, simply drag and drop the downloaded APK file into the emulator to start playing Scratch on PC. Alternatively, you can open the emulator, search for the game or app you want to play, and install it from there.
