Probably doesn't work because it's a government service, and why would they want it to be functional since we're dealing with the incarcerated? If it didn't throw an error every time you try to schedule a visit, and Securus systems worked reliably both remotely and on-site, I could change my rating, but it's more likely a feature of the punitive nature of the criminal justice system to put in place systems that lack functionality.

This app is good for communicating with my loved ones, but for the technical part of it. It's horrible. Sending instant messages and emails. It has the auto correct disabled. Horrible. It constantly logs you out of the app, so evertime I get a text message I have to put my username and password back in. The app don't update when texting, so u have to exit out and go back in for each text. Soooo annoying. Considering how much money Securus makes you would think it would work flawlessly.

Love the app for the convenience of staying connected to loved ones but this app does not run smoothly most of the time . Constant bugs and technical issues. Having technical issues setting an appointment for a video session . Takes a couple of tries to connect a session. Wish this can be fixed to ensure time isn't wasted trying to connect a video session.
