The Support options is very funny, can't click back or click link agent send to you, because once you need to upload photos or visit others link, then your conversation will end, then you need to go support live chat talk about the same things, then closed again then again then again... Just wanna check and ask something also cannot and useless Support Live Chat will noob systems!
Incredible slow apps yet make user depend on this dumb apps for everything. The slowest telco apps you ever use and u can't run (bcs TT got great package). If u need help with livechat do make sure u have plenty of time and super high speed internet or else it will loads forever & keep asking u to start new conversation over and over.
For Live Chat, please add a back button in attachment screen, otherwise, it keeps popping me out of live chat, have re-key in the form 3-4 times to enter Live Chat. And it seem not disconnected notification, when live chat ended. :S
