Violin Tuner & Metronome Description
This app provides an easy to use tuner for violin using highly accurate pitch detection via the device microphone. When a note is played, if it is recognised as an open string, the string is highlighted and a graphical indication given of any tuning required (whether the string is flat, the tuning peg needed to adjust and the direction to turn the peg).
A traditional style metronome is also provided with authentic "tock". Simply slide the metronome dial up and down the pendulum to adjust required beats per minute (BPM). In addition to the selected BPM, details of the associated tempo selected are also given (e.g. "allegro").
This app has been designed for ease of use and is for any age, without compromising on a professional level of accuracy for both the tuner and the metronome
