probably the best adaptive training app I've found, and one of my best app subscriptions in general. really easy to use and customise my preferences, and the vdot <-> Garmin sync just *works*. all I need to do is start my watch & it has the vdot workout preloaded, and when I'm done, everything is synced back automatically. no complaints at all so far and worth my money!

super training app. lots off good advice and not too nagging like some training aps. but proof is in the pudding big race 2 weeks time. we ser but do far training been good.

very helpful for knowing appropriate paces based on correct training. adaptive trainer is great at helping build that good base and get faster.
