I am having the same issue a lot of people having, which is I am able to transfer the chats but not the media. I tried everything possible and followed most suggestions, but no success. I am sure it is something I am doing wrong. any help would be appreciated. P.S. I followed the transfer instructions from ibackup viewer step by step which worked for the chat file but not the messages---> media part.

Well, I've paid $8. And It is not all! They didn't tell you this. It says to transfer whatsapp files you need to download iBackup Viewer as well which is free. But! It's not transferring all files. In order to get all files( in my case it's Media), you got to upgrade it to PRO version. That will cost you minimum $40 with the discount.I wish to get my $8 back. But it's to late

The process itself was confusing - make sure to watch the clickthrough step-by-step instructions - It took a long time for me to figure out certain steps and this is with some computer knowledge so for those with less knowledge- try your best and reach out to to the help team with questions. The help team was amazing - the support was near immediate and I had a useful response sent back to me. In the end I figured out the step I was missing for myself but I am super happy with this product. I am giving it 5 stars (even though I found it confusing and think it could benefit from an easier how-to guide ) because overall I am so thrilled with the app, it was worth every penny and I recommend everyone use it to transfer whatsapp history between phone types.
