存亡の危機に瀕した人類は、一つの要塞都市「City（シティ）」に身を隠した。そして「City(シティ)」の支配権を獲得した「灰燼教会」は「災獣(リセッター)」に対抗し得る黒鉄の武装を身に纏う人造生命体「DOLLS」と呼称される少女達の研究開発に成功し、反撃の銅鑼を鳴らす。
産まれながら戦う使命を課せられた少女達が紡ぐ反攻への物語が今、幕を開ける。

本作は、謎の敵「災獣(リセッター)」による200年にも及ぶ侵略によって終末を迎える世界を舞台にした美少女×ミリタリーシミュレーションRPGです。プレイヤーは人類最後の砦「要塞都市City(シティ)」を実行支配する「灰燼教会」から委任された「代理人(エージェント)」として、各「学連」が保有する実在の戦車や戦闘機など擬人化した人造生命体「DOLLS」を率いて人類長年の怨敵である災獣(リセッター)との戦いを繰り広げることになります。

陸上ユニットとして戦車、駆逐戦車(TD)、対空砲を含む各種火砲や、航空ユニットとして戦闘機、対地攻撃機、爆撃機と偵察機などといった様々な実在する兵器が幼い少女の姿と化した人造生命体「DOLLS」として登場します。
