I do genuinely enjoy the game but the negatives outweigh the positives here. The worst issue is that the game records screen touches between screens. If you touch in the wrong spot and an ad for a purchase pops suddenly you're about to purchase something. I have had to cancel purchases at least 20 times. Fortunately I have two click authorization turned on. Pretty sure what they're doing there is fraud.

As of 1/4/24, this app will not open. Samsung galaxy 21fe. App freezes on loading screen and then the error message says "this app has a bug. Please wait for the developer to update it." Way too many ads. Used to be every 3 games and now is every 1-2 games. Also almost all the ads play music. Many ads have no 'x' to exit the ad so you're stuck and then you have to force close the app and you lose your progress. App has one touch auto download buttons hidden in ads so it will download other apps

Crashes in blitz champions and when that happens I lose my rare gem and the coins to use it. And if it crashes or freezes I can't get those coins or gems back. I've been playing this since before mobile. I guess nobody from popcap can answer back their customer base. I've lost countless coins and rare gems from the game freezing after it says last hurrah. How can I get these back?
