This app only works when it "wants" to, I've generally not had very many issues sending pictures, but I've been trying to send pictures for 2 days now. I've double-checked all of my app permissions and have done the same thing as every other time I send pictures. All of the sudden it won't work now. Don't get me started on how often this app freezes. Definitely a whole lot of room for improvement here, considering inmates' loved ones are paying to use these services.
It is a good application for texting back-and-forth to your inmate. But when I try to scroll up to read our texts, it keeps glitching and showing me the same text messages over and over. And I've already deleted the application, and before, that tried clearing the cache, so until that gets fixed, I give it 2 stars. Because sometimes I like to go back and read our messages.
This app is complete & utter TRASH!🗑 It works 10% of the time (& thats usually only when you're putting $ on an acct) The app constantly freezes up & force closes more often than it doesnt. Then when you aren't on the app, it turns on and runs in the background until it freezes up again. GTL phone system &app is just TRASH🗑. 70% of the time that you push "0" to accept a call it doesnt recognize you pushing "0" & it keeps telling the inmate that their call was not accepted. GTL IS 100% GARBAGE!
