This app is a hilarious and a frustrating waste of your time. Sometimes it says "lost connection" or it asks for payment 3 times even though the confirmation email arrived, it can RARELY find your history, and the latest one is after I went through the confusing and clunky menus and managed to put a new order together only to press on "go to checkout" and the next screen to appear for less than 2 seconds and bump me back to the "go to checkout" page. Still doesn't work. Get it together people!

Adds "free items" to your order and then charges you for them. During an order there was a pop up to add a free item that normally costs £5. Of cause we added it. But then after paying, looking at the receipt we were charged for it. I tried to challenge it but the only way to do so looks to be reporting the item as missing from the order. If I do that, the restaurant will lose the money for it so obviously I'm not doing that. Can't believe just eat conned us like that.

Absolutely poor design of the app. Cannot tell the difference between a guest account and my actual account if I use the same email address. Lost credit balance from a gift card before I even got to put in my order as I've been told it was claimed on my guest account and not my actual account and they don't seem to care or see how this is a fault on their end. Absolutely appaling. Their competing apps prove once again to be WAY better.
