Installed it, subscribed to get the Assistant feature, their instructions were out of date, it doesn't work, won't connect to my wireless service. Emailed support and they demanded screenshots without specifying what they wanted to see, to waste my time (I've seen this behaviour before from substandard tech support). I sent the screenshots and 2 days later no reply. If I don't have a response tomorrow it's getting uninstalled and the subscription cancelled.

Very Nice and Useful App in terms of Utility etc. But has some features which are not helpful yet. One of the Major problem I faced is though it is not my default SMS App. But still it can read my SMS. Further, some of the very very important SMS are only available with this App only. My default SMS App also could not get these messages. Futher there is no way I can store / backup or copy these very important financial data. Hope authorities will take appropriate steps. Thanks .

Glitchy. Randomly will fail to download text messages, so i need to ask the sender what they meant to send me. New contacts entered under this app do not save to phone. Customer support only says "we'll get back to you" but there's no support. App even managed to temporarily mess up my tesla media, causing me to reboot the car. Does not do group messages, period.Disappointed. Was hoping for better results since this came highly recommended. I guess the rating doesn't mean anything either
